While the practice of martial arts can help you with fitness and self-confidence, one crucial purpose of training is for self-defense. Much of our instruction emphasizes techniques drawn from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and Wrestling. Our classes establish a foundation of position, movement, and leverage.
